We will be undergoing a scheduled upgrade of our database used by the Visibility Operations Center (VOC) for the NA region on 30th March '24. During the maintenance window, customers should not see any performance degradation of the platform. However, the shared links created during this time might be temporarily affected and not usable.

During this period, customers should not see any performance degradation of the platform or loss of data. However, the location listing UI (Location Management > Locations) will not show up data temporarily. If the link to a specific location is available, that would still be visible.

Users might not be able to create locations from Location Management UI or see the position updates of shipments for FTL, LTL and AIR. The Impact is limited to the NA Region. We are impacted by a service degradation by our upstream service provider, due to which users might face an intermittent issue with login, password reset, signup, creating users, and modifying users. Should you face this issue, kindly try to retry the process to see if it works successfully.
This impact is only limited to a small percentage of North American users.
Our engineering team is actively working with our upstream service provider to resolve this issue on priority.
