We are currently upgrading our API Gateway infrastructure for the NA and EU region. During this period, customers might see some access issues to the platform. This might lead to customers not being able to log into Movement/VOC for a brief period of time or integration calls failing during this period of time.

We will be conducting routine infrastructure maintenance on April 25th. Some intermittent system degradation may occur in this time, including potential tracking creation/update failures.
